Our Leadership

Drew and Michelle Worthmann founded Worthmann Roofing with a vision to redefine the contractor experience through a customer-first approach. Drew’s journey began in the mechanical industry, where he gained hands-on experience, earned prestigious industrial licenses, and excelled in leadership roles across the country.

After earning his general contractor license, Drew returned to Gainesville to bring his high standards and strong values to the community he calls home. Together, Drew and Michelle built Worthmann Roofing on a foundation of integrity, exceptional craftsmanship, and a commitment to making roofing stress-free for every client.
